Dealership was friendly but the discounts I saw acted like the car was cheaper than what I got it for. The the dealer I felt with was very friendly and good and all, but he opened up my door on the concr like the car was cheaper than what I got it for. Didn’t even get an apology or discount bc of it. So I have to drive 45 min back to get that mark fixed. Really inconvenient for me. I will still recommend the seller who went through the process with me. I appreciate all he did but that one thing. More

On Monday the deal and the trade went well enough. I was happy. Kevin said my Jeep would be her Wednesday. It wasn’t. Friday was now the delivery day, no big deal I guess. Then Kevin want able to come I was happy. Kevin said my Jeep would be her Wednesday. It wasn’t. Friday was now the delivery day, no big deal I guess. Then Kevin want able to come in on Friday and my delivery got handed to Tim. Kevin said the Jeep had been delivered off a transport truck (it wasn’t, it was driven from AL) and that Tim would take care of me. When I got to the dealer the Jeep was in the drive up at service, dirty, and untouched. Service had no idea. I talked to the service folks and they said they would get right on it and it would be 1.5 hrs. So I came back in 1.5 hours and it was still not ready. Tim had no idea what was going on and I went to the sales manager to see what was going on. He lit a fire under three people to get my Jeep ready. 45 minutes later Tim deliver the still wet Jeep to me in a record time behind the dealer. No walk around, no Q/A, and no duck. I am contrasting this to my friend buying his Gladiator from New Smyrna Jeep… on time delivery, in the showroom, under the lights with a duck on the door handle. This was my first Jeep and I feel like DeLand stole that experience from me. Disappointed. More
