Rian answered every question I had clearly and professionally, and the communication was excellent. What really impressed me was the speed — within 15 minutes of our conversation, Rian called me back to let me know I was approved and gathered all of our details so the paperwork could be ready before we even arrived. By the time we got to the dealership, the process was smooth, organized, and stress-free. The car was detailed and ready to go. My wife loved her surprise.
