Feel I was misled about finance and payment on Jeep. Never had my questions answered. Was told they had to talk to their Chrysler Rep…Never heard back after asking 3 different days n times…feel like t Never had my questions answered. Was told they had to talk to their Chrysler Rep…Never heard back after asking 3 different days n times…feel like the Finance people put the SalesRep Chris in a bad position having to answer questions that they would not answer to us directly. Told different things on the Title/license plates. Had to make calls myself. Still ended up paying more money out of my pocket when picking up these items. This was supposed to be part of the cost of the Jeep. Just was not handled properly at all….. very disappointed in dealership… More
