My wife and I arrived late Friday afternoon to look at a used vehicle we had found online. Riley Thompson was the salesperson who helped us. We had already reviewed the vehicle’s CarFax report and KBB value used vehicle we had found online. Riley Thompson was the salesperson who helped us. We had already reviewed the vehicle’s CarFax report and KBB value online, so we were ready to move quickly. After a test drive, we decided to purchase it. We let Riley know we only had about an hour and a half before needing to leave for a work engagement. He and the team worked efficiently with us. We made an offer, they countered, and we quickly met in the middle at a very fair price. While we completed the paperwork, the vehicle was detailed, and we were on our way home with time to spare. It was a smooth, low-pressure, and overall very positive experience. Highly recommend! More
