The finance manager led me to believe he could help with vehicle delivery and that was not the case...and then he didn't call me back let me know. Some definite communication gaps and I also, they held our company check or more time that I would've liked which caused a longer delay in the delivery. When the vehicles did arrive, I'm still missing a spare tire for one of them. More

Wish I had been informed that the vehicle I was purchasing was a base model. My prior Chrysler Pacifica had all the bells and whistles and (my bad) assumed that the model they were showing me was purchasing was a base model. My prior Chrysler Pacifica had all the bells and whistles and (my bad) assumed that the model they were showing me was the same. Upon checking out the vehicle, after spending the money, I discovered that it had no garage door opener in the visor, no navigation system, and the camera system is only a back view (my 2020 Pacifica came with all around cameras and front collision detection). Since I have had the vehicle at home (4 days) the stop/start function is not working, the lane sense stopped working, the car play turned off (which is now my only navigation that I have), there is a rattle in the left front area when I am going faster than 50 mph, and there is definitely a burning smell coming from the left front engine area (not normal burn off). For spending $46,562 for a brand-new vehicle, I should not have this type of laundry list of things wrong! So not very happy as I have to bring it in and sit at the dealership all day waiting to find out if they can fix it. Not so much a happy customer at this point. More
