In April 2022 was pushed to buying a pre own minivan without a working DVD players. Parts did not arrived until June 22, never was I informed that there was a grace period to perform this type of work. without a working DVD players. No one called or reached out to me to let me know the parts were there and they needed to schedule my appointment. After getting back home from a business trip I called to schedule this service and was told by Service manager Joe that it had been too long and that they had too many customers to try and call me? ( who are you kidding car industry is getting the brunt of the recession) Long story short they were quick to sell me this van with no problem but can keep their word on their repairs. As for Sales, I was promised a $50 Amazon gift card and everytime I inquire about it I get the run around almost 6 months waiting. Stay away from here trust me!!! More
