Buying a vehicle is generally an unpleasant experience. This did not happen at Deland Chrysler Dodge. I had the pleasure of direct questioning and answers from their sales associate Chris Kolegas and was in and out within 3 painless hours. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

This dealer is by a mile, the worse dealer I have ever experienced. I should have read the online reviews before going there. Even getting a copy of the papers I signet is impossible. I am a huge fan of the Ram brand and normally get a new Truck once a year. Unfortunately because of the chip shortage, my local dealer had a hard time getting a truck, so I looked around and came across this dealer. What a mistake. Be aware they do charge over MSRP and don’t tell you in advance. They have a mandatory “pro-package” that is $ 2,000. it includes bedliner, some wax and some spray for the seats. This is a work truck and have plastic seats, so just away to increase prices. Also it made the truck sticky and spotted everywhere, see pictures. I called in advance and was told about features and that truck was ready. Upon arrival, nothing was ready, the sales person and manager again confirmed the features, however some features they could not demonstrate and because service was closed, they promised to make it right the next day. So I refused to sign the papers they had, stating that I had been shown the features and functions. They made a note about what was not working and asked me to sign and take delivery, I asked for a copy and they said I would get it along with all the other papers. Conveniently for them I never received any papers I signet, except for the finances, because a few days later, they contacted me a informed me that the truck unfortunately did not have the promised features and that there was nothing they could do :( and that the bedliner included in the pro-package was on back order for a couple of months, so they suggested I went elsewhere to get it. I guess the true service of dealer shows once there is a problem. This one takes the price. I contacted the sales consultant that had tried to get some of it to work, but he was unable to help, he did however sent me a copy of a RAM survey apparently filled out in my name, stating that I had given the dealership a 10 star rating and would highly recommend them. I then contacted the president of the dealership per email, but he never replied. After contacting several people in the administration to get copies of the papers I had signet (where it was noted what was not working), I finally got a reply from the general manager. I asked him to send me the missing copies and to explain how a survey could have been filled out in my name. So far, after 6 different email attempt requesting this info, I have not gotten any copies and he has still not acknowledged my question about the survey. More
