The actual sale of the car went rather smooth. However, they did not do anything special for us. We paid full sticker price for our vehicle. During the test drive we noticed the windshield was cracked and they did not do anything special for us. We paid full sticker price for our vehicle. When I brought it in to be replaced, they had someone there to fill the cracks with a resin. It still left a visible crack and I was very unhappy. After speaking with our salesman and the associate manager, I finally had an understanding with the GM. We then got an WE OWE for a replacement windshield. I was told it could take a couple of weeks because of supply issues and the fact that it is a special order from VW. I bought the car several months ago and the windshield has yet to be replaced. I have called over 20 times to the dealership, speaking to the salesman and the managers to no avail. No returned call and NO voicemail left. They claim they have left voicemails and have been calling. The salesman gave us the business name and number who would be doing the replacement... Not sure why we would work with anyone other than the dealership, but that is besides the point. My husband and I have called several times to get on the schedule to no avail. This dealership is clearly all about the sale and no customer service. The salesman was very nice during the sales process, but now sounds frustrated every time I call. I have a signed WE OWE from the General Manager and they are not taking this seriously. More
