Another “non standard” service visit where I get pushed away with a canned response from the service advisor (same EXACT response I received last time from the SAME advisor) and then I take it to another J away with a canned response from the service advisor (same EXACT response I received last time from the SAME advisor) and then I take it to another Jeep dealer and it actually gets fixed. I don’t understand. John was nice, but nice doesn’t fix the problem unfortunately. More
