Service Department Bad My truck has been going out there for months and never fixed what it went out there for. The truck went because the Check Engine light came on, they My truck has been going out there for months and never fixed what it went out there for. The truck went because the Check Engine light came on, they said that we declined to get that fixed, but had them do a fuel system check and a rear brake job. Does that make any since to get other things repaired and not get the main problem repaired? The next thing I know is that my truck wouldn't start and it went back to the shop. This time we're told that we need a Fuel Pump. The truck has been out there 3 or 4 times for problems with that. I went to the gas station to put fuel in the truck since it wasn't on full. I asked one of the guys about a charge of 15.67 because that was such an odd amount when it was fuel already in the tank. Once I got to the gas station to top it off, I paid 16.44 and as soon as I stopped the pump, gas came from the bottom of my truck and surrounded the gas pumps. I had to move the truck away from the pump and let the clerk know that gas had surrounded the pump. The clerk had to go into emergency mode and put something down. I called the manager and he told me to get the truck back to him. I told him that I was not driving the truck anywhere and they would have to come get it! I didn't know if a spark or something would cause the truck to blow up. James Sombelon is the manager of the department and he is by far the rudest person I have encountered in the year of 2015. He downplayed everything and told me that a seal was put on too tight by the mechanic. A couple of days later I had to go back yet again because my check engine light came on. It's so many people that need jobs for this personto have the position that he has. People should be put in the right positions, he would be better if he was somewhere in the back. More
Rip Off!! I went to get my check engine light checked and I was told that it would cost me 118 dollars plus tax. I said o.k. and found out that I needed a new I went to get my check engine light checked and I was told that it would cost me 118 dollars plus tax. I said o.k. and found out that I needed a new headlight and transmission thermostat. The headlight alone was going to cost me close to $300 to fix! I asked why so much? There answer was that they would have to pull out my whole front bumper and put in a whole new wiring kit for the headlight. Then I noticed that they charge and extra $18 dollars for waste disposal. I asked why are you charging me $18 dollars for just plugging my car in a computer? They said that it was for profit and to help buy there uniforms. That's what the sales manager Mr. James told me. I then left and figured out how to fix my headlight which only cost me $14 for the light bulb and all I did was unscrew the lightbulb from the back of the headlight and plug in the new one which took only 10 sec. literally to fix. Next thing Im fixing myself is going to be the thermostat. Never going to this dealership ever. This service dealer department showed me its all about the money and ripping people off not about customers More

Made un necessary repairs We took the van in for AC work. They put in a new compressor. That didn't fix it. Then they put in some type of fuse. That didn't fix it. They charged us for the compressor and the other part...but did give a $75.00 credit. So we paid for two parts that we didn't need. We asked for a refund, but they refused so we have to deal with this via Chrysler and our charge card company. More

Service at it's best I went to Hurley for service on my truck and was treated like an old friend. Every issue I had with my truck was addressed, and a estimate of the cost was given prior to the work being done. I should tell you that my truck, a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500, 4x4 Quad Cab SLT, was purchased used at a car lot in Orlando. It had issues ! Blake Hornung was given the work order and I was offered a ride home or wait in the lounge. While waiting, I browsed in the parts department. WOW ! I met Kirsten Miller, who works the counter. I saw a few accessories I liked and she was very helpful. Her smile alone, made me a happy shopper. The issues on my truck were repaired by Blake and I was soon on my way. Thanks go to the entire staff at Hurley. They were great ! You can be sure I'll return for my next service. More
Lousy Service Department The buying process was good but when we went back in for service it went downhill fast. Today I went in to have my oil changed at their "Quick Oil Change Lane". First off no one even came out to the lane to see what I needed. I had to go inside and wait for someone to acknowledge I was there. Then I was told there would be a 2 1?2 to 3 hour wait to get my quick oil change. I left . AS I had a coupon from Dodge for an oil change I went to another Dodge dealer, Fields Dodge. I was greeted in the service lane immediately, written up, had my oil changed, with tire rotation and wash, and was back on the road in 35 minutes. You can bet I won't be going back to Hurley. More
