I bought my brand new Dodge 1500 Bighorn from here a year and a half ago and love the truck. Recently my key fob on the truck wouldn't work. I tried using the key inside the fob to get into my truck only t and a half ago and love the truck. Recently my key fob on the truck wouldn't work. I tried using the key inside the fob to get into my truck only to discover it didn't fit my truck. I had to get an uber to get home and left my truck until I could get the other key, which thankfully, worked. When we let the dealership know about the problem, the general manager refused to replace the actual key unless we paid $18, the key that came with the truck when we bought it. Keep in mind that I paid A LOT for this truck and have paid for all its maintenance through them. How would I know the key wouldn't fit the truck?! I never had need to check it. Shame on them and their poor integrity. More
I am digusted to know this dealership is still open with the way they treat people after any issues arise and the worst communication customer service service reps and managers. The only graceful thing was the one who handled the shuttle. They want to take your money after being so overpriced and treat yiu like garbage. They questioned my financial ability and threatened that I never go back. I would have cried with the way I was treated if I was not mentally amd emotionally prepared. stay far away or you to will be a victim to this discredited location More

Trucks been in 3 times for same issue (DEF). In for a forth time now AND mech puts the code scanner on it then FORGETS what it was (codes deleted after scan) and now is wasting time trying to get the "ch forth time now AND mech puts the code scanner on it then FORGETS what it was (codes deleted after scan) and now is wasting time trying to get the "check engine light" to come back on so he can get the code back and hopefully fix it. I recorded the message from Alex the service rep handling this but all Im getting (for the 4th time) is the runaround. Warranty runs out in under 4 weeks and they keep NOT FIXING the same issue. I can only assume so then can then bill me after the warranty is over to really fix it. My companies lawyer says if its recorded as a trend and not fixed then its a "not addressed" warranty issue and they have to repair it. We'll see but I STRONGLY RECOMMEND you drive another 30 min. to a different dealership if you want your diesel done right and dont want the runaround. The service department seems to have a very transient crew from the time I've been using them, maybe thats the problem. Lorri has quit/fired (I dont know) and now I'm dealing with an Alex. More
