Great Found a really great deal while browsing online and when we got to the dealership the salesman justin benevidez just happened to be walking by and jum Found a really great deal while browsing online and when we got to the dealership the salesman justin benevidez just happened to be walking by and jumped right to assisting us. We spoke with him earlier that day about being interest in the car. He instantly asked if we were so and so and we replied "yes" from that point on justin took great care of us from a-z. Very pleasant experience would definitely reccomend to future car purchasers. Oil change Went in for and oil change and left without any issues. Did not have an appointment and was out in less than an hour. A very angry customer was swearing like a Sailor at the unfortunate victim and showed such tasteless behavior. There are other ways to express anger but WOW is all I can say. More

Poor service Not only was the service advisor incorrectly informing me of the work done, she also had no idea of what she was talking about . Telling me that my lug nuts were put on backwards and that was what caused my “ball joints “ to wear out. I had my wheel bearings repaired not my ball joints and you can not put lug nuts on backwards since if you tried you would strip the threading. Also I would like to know how my car mileage increased by 7 miles from the time I dropped it off till I picked it up. They had no one to pick me up I had to get a cab and was really totally disappointed with the service I received. More
