Credit application was simple , explain to Justin what I could do and not do. He called me same day and we worked out the details. I was going thru some personal stuff and he was patient a day or so. Whalen I felt better I went and he explained every detail and walked me to Ryan in fiancé another very sweet person. I was showed around service and then drove off with my new car. A pending hurricane has dampened my excitement since no one gets insurance in a situation like this if I had known I would have waited a few days. More

Routine oil change on 2015 Altima 36,710 miles Upon arrival to 10 am appointment, I was told to wait in waiting room to be written up however, I had made a 10 am appointment so felt I should have h Upon arrival to 10 am appointment, I was told to wait in waiting room to be written up however, I had made a 10 am appointment so felt I should have had priority over others that just stopped in for service. I spoke with Mr Dye regarding my previous unfavorable service experience. When I was told I needed breaks and tires, however upon my sons inspection the break pads were more than 50 percent to the good. Tires are in the soon to be needed but not replace immediately! After my discussion with him, I was treated like royalty. Mr Sias explained the findings of todays inspection and that the breaks were still in the green and the tires were not in immediate replacement stage but worn. (I can see that). My heartfelt suspicion is that they thought that that they could scare a little old lady into spending money that she did not need to spend at that moment. My father was a mechanic for 26 years (Studebaker and Packard) and I learned well from him. I have bought 3 new cars and a used truck from this dealership. It will be up to Deland Nissan to earn my respect and trust back. More
