Brooke was extremely accommodating and patient with me while she worked to find the best option for me and my family. Although I spent more than I had anticipated, the process was smooth and efficient compared to previous experiences at dealerships and I was able to get a vehicle that I really like. Mat Lenssen went above and beyond to meet my needs. I had a very specific color combination of a Nissan Rogue Platinum and although they didn't have one in stock, he and his finance manager, Gabe, fou I had a very specific color combination of a Nissan Rogue Platinum and although they didn't have one in stock, he and his finance manager, Gabe, found one in xx.Augustine and had it in their dealership the next day. No other Orlando area dealership made this happen. Mat was not pushing but he was diligent, professional and respective.
