During the pandemic, it was unreasonable for the cashier to deny a payment over the phone. In addition, no one was enforcing the ordinance for mask wearing. Nice to finally have a great experience buying a new car! I have bought 7 new cars in 6 years. This dealership was by far the most honest and best experience I have had. In the past, I have had to walk out so many times at other dealerships because something changed when I got there. Not here! Cameron is a stand-up guy and takes pride in what he does (honesty and just a nice guy to work with). He understood my concerns and verified everything and made sure I was happy. It was a pleasure to work with everyone there. Normal tense situation for me was actually a pleasure. Great job everyone, I’ll be back. More

After visiting another dealership more than six times over an 18 month period, Deland Nissan resolved my noise problem and complaint about the leather seat. The color had come off of an area on the drivers seat and first dealership claimed it normal wear and tear. Which it was not. I made multiple trips and phone calls, which were not returned. I love my Murano. It’s my third. But the dealer response soured me a bit. Thank you Deland Nissan for making my car beautiful again and for addressing my complaint. My noise is gone and my seat repaired. They had answers in hours whereas the other dealer came up empty handed after one and one half years. More
