Purchasing this truck was a great overall experience. When I picked it up they spent as much time as I needed to understand the SYNC and everything else that came with it, they even followd up multiple times after the deal to make sure I was happy with the truck and see if I had any questions. I wouldn't hesitate one bit to recommend this dealer to anyone. Very laid back environment and everyone is knowledgeable and friendly, they really make you comfortable. I have not had to have anything serviced, but if the service center is anything like the sales staff, I know it will be done right. (That was the only reason I could not rate the quality of work.)
