The only thing that I didn't care for was that everyone pushed the "Free 10 Year/100000 Mile Warrenty", but then when you went to buy the car, you had to buy a warrenty because the Free one, really wasn't all that great; only covered manufacuture "defects" which I am sure would be hard to prove. When I first brought my car in, it took a while to duplicate the noise I was hearing. They did what they thought would fix the problem, but the noise came back the next day. They provided a loaner car when they couldn't complete the repair in one day. More

Great service all around. We took awhile to decide on our next vehicle purchase and James was super patient. We started looking with them in June and finally purchased with them this past weekend.
