Both James and Fred were great. They did not pressure me into buying the vehicle I bought. They let me test drive it for the weekend to allow my father to look at the vehicle. They both made me feel comfo into buying the vehicle I bought. They let me test drive it for the weekend to allow my father to look at the vehicle. They both made me feel comfortable about my purchase and seem to really care that I get a vehicle I needed. I would go back to them for a future car purchase. More

This was definitely one of the easiest car purchases I have made. Ryan was friendly, helpful and able to answer all of our questions. I did not ever feel pressured to hurry up and make a decision as I h have made. Ryan was friendly, helpful and able to answer all of our questions. I did not ever feel pressured to hurry up and make a decision as I have been before in the past. I would surely return to buy another car here in the future. More

It's difficult to give 5 stars in every category. Chris Danzell was our primary contact in sales -and not only was he courteous, and knowledgable, but he was easy to talk to - and communicative - but not a Danzell was our primary contact in sales -and not only was he courteous, and knowledgable, but he was easy to talk to - and communicative - but not annoying. My wife and I felt through the entire process, that Chris had our best interest in mind throughout the entire process - and for my wife, that went a LONG way. Our initial visit did not go so smoothly because there was too much "behind the scenes" movement, and my wife and I had to sit waiting for 20+min at a time, wondering what was going to happen next. Chris introduced Bobby, who explained the scenario, and I know many things need to "come together" to enable the proper deal, but I never appreciate waiting on the unknown - only to be presented with a lousy proposition. So, this entire process of discussion on day 1 ended with us leaving abruptly simply because there was too much waiting, and not enough interaction. Upon our return - Bobby was not available - but his counterpart was - very friendly and accomodating - but again "had to go check" either with Bobby via phone, or with the GM - to confirm our requested terms. Again - more waiting. Finally, upon completion of the deal - Bobby did approach to congratulate us and shake hands - and offer his gratitude - which my wife and I both appreciated. He seemed genuine and sincere. Finally, we dealt with Bart - who was explaining the terms, amount financed etc, but when discussing an extended warranty - didn't seem to want to take "no" as an answer- which I found to be frustrating. I made my decision and was confident in my decision - Bart still continued on the topic - but now reducing the price...not really how I negotiate. This was overall fairly annoying. So, as far as the sales effort - i'd give a 5 out of 5. But the entire process is a 3 or 4 out of 5. **Final note - Mazda has options such as 0% financing, or no payments for 90days...which the sales staff agreed to - but then Bart in finance explained that the offers cannot be mixed, etc etc...I think it would be helpful if the sales team were more specifically aware of the Mazda promotional terms. Got me to drive 50+ miles by telling me on the phone I was approved up to 25,000 and by the time I arrived, some 3 hours later, it turns out I was only approved for 9,000 at 24.9% interest. AVOID AT ALL C was approved up to 25,000 and by the time I arrived, some 3 hours later, it turns out I was only approved for 9,000 at 24.9% interest. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. BAIT AND SWITCH. I'm looking into pressing legal action. More
No question about it: Ryan was the most trustworthy and honestly open car salesperson I ever met. As a woman buying a car at a dealership easily can be an unpleasant and overwhelming experience; not so wit honestly open car salesperson I ever met. As a woman buying a car at a dealership easily can be an unpleasant and overwhelming experience; not so with Bryan. He went far beyond my and my husband's expectations and gave us a being welcomed feeling without any pressure and hidden conditions. With a very friendly and honestly open demeanor from the beginning on as we entered the dealership, he guided us through the Mazda selections and options and made it easily for us to decide freely on the right car. Always ready to find an answer to the endless seeming questions we had and translating all the information into an easily (to me) understood language that enabled me to follow the whole deal. Even my husband ,who worked in the car sales business years ago, was impressed from the beginning on and underlined strongly my absolutely positive impression and good feeling to make the right decision. My husband is not easily to be convinced that somebody meets his expectation but with Ryan,no doubt about it one single minute, you have the right person on hand to give you the connection between the car sales features/ process and you as the customer who just wants to get the right car matching best your needs to the best and the most affordable price. Thank you so much again Ryan and I hope you will keep up your extremely rated customer service values that you bring into the car sales business. By the way: I love my car!!!!!!! ---which just underlines your customer service, guidance and personal skills. More
From the minute I walked into the dealership about a week ago, I received friendly and courteous help. Ryan Carter came over immediately and was most helpful, bringing out the models I wanted to look at and ago, I received friendly and courteous help. Ryan Carter came over immediately and was most helpful, bringing out the models I wanted to look at and allowing me to drive them. He was very low-key (no pressure), very friendly, answered all my questions. He even got into the trunk of the Mazda6 to show me how roomy it was. Then I talked to Bobby Simmons and he was equally helpful and friendly. When I said I needed to talk to my son before I made a decision, he totally accepted that. I called Mr. Simmons once or twice after my initial visit, and each time he was friendly and helpful. Then two days before I came in to actually buy my Mazda6, I came by again for another look and the opportunity to drive the Mazda6 again. When I first got out of my car, another salesmen came to see if I needed help, and when I asked for Ryan, he led me to him. On Wednesday, Aug. 25, my son met me at the dealership around 5:30 p.m. Ryan had already gone to get the Mazda6 I was interested in because I arrived ahead of my son. My son was very impressed with the car, very pleased with the deal Mr. Simmons offered me, and we began the process to finalize the sale. I think we left with the car around 8:30 p.m. I was very reluctant to part with my 1996 Mazda MX6 because I dearly loved that car and took excellent car of it. I bought it when the dealership was owned under the name Clear Lake Mazda. At any rate, I felt I was given a fair price for it, $1,000.00, and I am so delighted with my new Mazda6 that I haven't missed the MX6 too much, although I was very partial to it's distinctive look and loved the fact that it was a manual shift.
