Two days ago I had my first experience in buying a new car. I went with my parents who feel more comfortable speaking Spanish. Josue was the one who helped us through the whole process. Josue even offered to meet with us today to guide me through all the features of my new car since we had run out of time when we first met. He carefully went through all the features and showed me what each button was for. While explaining, he would ask if we had any questions and he was very meticulous and patient.
