Two days ago I had my first experience in buying a new car. I went with my parents who feel more comfortable speaking Spanish. Josue was the one who helped us through the whole process. He was very comfortable to be around and he made the whole experience very enjoyable. I ended up leaving that day with a new CX-30 in white which is exactly what I wanted! Josue even offered to meet with us today to guide me through all the features of my new car since we had run out of time when we first met. He carefully went through all the features and showed me what each button was for. While explaining, he would ask if we had any questions and he was very meticulous and patient. Now I can say with confidence that I feel comfortable in my new car now that I know what all it can do. Mario from the financing department was also very friendly and explained everything carefully.
