The free oil changes have been great - very efficient, in and out quickly! The two other service experiences we needed help with - I would rate poorly. This last experience, was excellent - and I give Clay all of the credit. He took what could have been a VERY BAD experience and turned it around to be a great one. He really went above and beyond to do the right thing - he called back when he said he would, he handled the situation like he said he would and that says a lot. Next time I go in.... whether it's for service on my car.... or my free oil change - I will ask for Clay. More
