I came to the dealership to drive a specific car I saw online that they had in stock, (Mazda 3 hatchback 6 sp m). I informed Kenny I was short on time and i wanted to test drive the car and would buy it i online that they had in stock, (Mazda 3 hatchback 6 sp m). Kenny Froisy Sales Consultant meet me in the parking lot as I entered the dealer ship he was very helpful in determining the right car for my family and I. He showed me several cars and took me on test driv as I entered the dealer ship he was very helpful in determining the right car for my family and I. He was able to explain all the options of the models to include the base model, sport, touring, and grand touring. After driving the vehicals I wanted to have my wife also look at them and drive them so i was going to need to return on another day. Kenny introduced me to his sales manage prior to us leaving that day and the sales manager insured me that they would love to help me find a car a would work with any way they could. I returned on Saturday with my wife we look over the car we wanted test drove them and selected the Mazda6 and made the purchase that night. kenny introduced use to the service manager, parts manager and finance manager. I visited a couple of dealerships looking for a Mazda 5. It wasn't going too well when I went to Clear Lake Mazda. Thomas and David actually listened to me and found me the exact vehicle I wanted and didn't It wasn't going too well when I went to Clear Lake Mazda. Thomas and David actually listened to me and found me the exact vehicle I wanted and didn't try to sell me a car that was on the lot. They had a car from a different city brought to the dealership so I could test drive it, and emphasized that I didn't have to buy that one if it wasn't just what I wanted. But since it WAS just what I was looking for, and at the price I wanted to pay, I bought it. David even got me a better financing rate than my credit union offered me! Thomas then showed me all the features on the car and how to operate the different systems so I felt very confident driving it home, even though a lot of the switches were different from my old car. He was so patient and helpful during the different test drives I took and visits I made to the dealership, it made the whole process very pleasant. I highly recommend this dealership and you need to be sure to ask for Thomas Wagner. I know you will get excellent service and may end up driving home a fantastic vehicle like I did. More

Kenny explained the benefit of purchasing a certified vehicle, however we chose to go with the Hyundai. Our time was short, and we made an appointment to return in two days in order to take a test drive. When we arrived, Kenny had the car pulled out and ready for us to drive. We took a test drive, and Kenny was very helpful in telling us about what the dealership has to offer. When we returned, we began the process of purchasing, and it went very smooth. The finance department worked very hard to put us in a position to finance the vehicle, and was very successful. The signing of the paper work took longer than we wished, however when it was over, Kenny took us to the service department to introduce us. Kenny then thanked us, and we left the lot with the vehicle we wanted. We hate dealing with car salesman, but Kenny has changed my perspective on how they can be. This was one of our best car buying experiences. More
