They were honest with me from the very start. I checked the information the following day and was happy to see they were HONEST. I purchased a used Infiniti from Mazda of Clear Lake on 07/05/12. The price negotiated was $31,995 with $13,000 for my trade in. Foolishly, I didn't check the rest of the paperwork assuming that the price would be correct everywhere. I picked up my plates/registration this past weekend and noticed that the price listed was $32,495. I went back to my paperwork and checked the price on each document. On any document not related to financing (including the document that was first presented to me as proof of the correct price) the price was listed correctly as $31,995. On all of the finance documents the price was raised to $32,495. I might chalk this up to a simple mistake if it weren't for the fact that the correct sales price was listed on the non finance related documents. As is I have to believe this was done intentionally. To be fair, I will say that Dexter and Clayton were both friendly and professional and didn't come across with the typical car salesman "hard sell" attitude. Were it not for the price issue, which I believe was intentional, it would have been a good experience. More

I had a great experience purching my very first new car with Chris! He is not your typical salesman, not pushy at ALL. Worst oil change I have experienced. Arrived at around 2:10 pm and got my car 4:45 pm that's almost 1 1/2 hours wait.
