After a little bit of conversation with him, I found out that he also sold a vehicle to my company commander in my unit. Afte he was my peer as well. Matt was very helpful & patient. We have purchased many cars over the last 10 years and I can honestly say this was the best sales experience by far. There was not a lot of waiting around. When Matt went to speak to his manager, he would return in just a few short minutes with an answer. Matt did not make us feel pressured to buy, which ended up allowing us to really think about our purchase and elect a higher priced model with more features. His knowledge of the cars we were considering was apparent. Regarding the financing only with David, I was a little put off by the fact that the warranty and GAP coverages were added to our financing without asking first. Since we did not want to finance the warranty, there was a little pushback from David. In the past, we were informed of these options and discussed them prior to printing up the final paperwork for signatures. I would recommend that be a change to the process for future buyers rather than it seem like they were snuck in. One thing that bothered me unrelated to our purchase - there was a vehicle for sale on display just outside the right doors. I witnessed a number of employees / sales people sitting in this car with the engine running and air conditioner on. I would say I was at the dealership for about an hour and there were at least 2-3 employees / salespeople in the car at any time for the entire time I was there. If I was aware of this being done to a car I wanted to purchase, I would pass. More
