I wouldn’t ever call Richard O’Malley again! He was sooo certain of something and told me….i have been in the car business for (not sure how many he said), and that never happens. He obviously wasn’t making money on me, so he didn’t care! I was meeting him on a Saturday , we were talking on phone and I said I’ll be there in 15 minutes! Well, I got there in 10and he supposedly got called into a meeting!! Yea right!!! So, I saw Brian Pool , Thank God! He was wonderful and come to find out, O ‘Malley was INCORRECT, guess he hasn’t been in the dealership enough years! Anyway, would I ever buy a vehicle from DeNooyer again? No way. I even brought my car in to get repaired. TWO times and still wasn’t fixed. I gave them $100 deductible for what?? I should have e just thrown 100 dollars away! I am so mad (not a strong enough word) at you people. I want that 100 back and I refuse to go back again for the THIRD time. I do have a busy life and can’t keep going back and forth to DeNooyer!! More
