I will never return there again. I bought a Cadillac XT 5 with 4500 miles from there and was lied to about it. When I got there to pick it up, it had dents in the bumper that they fo I bought a Cadillac XT 5 with 4500 miles from there and was lied to about it. When I got there to pick it up, it had dents in the bumper that they forgot to tell me and a few other issues. After leaving the dealership I could tell that it needed an alignment. I called them on my way home to let them know and left a message with the person I work with that day. Since I was a 3 Hour drive from them I opted to get an alignment closer by to me and found both front wheels were both bent. So my next trip to Albany I stopped by the dealership to see if we could work this out and was treated very unfairly. I feel that if you’re gonna purchase a 2024 Cadillac XT five with only 4500 miles on it both front wheels should not be bent. I knew about a front bumper cover that had been replaced. That’s all I was told not a happy customer. More

I purchased a vehicle through Denooyer Chevrolet for my grandson and it was the worst experience ever in the 45 years of buying due to the inexperienced sales man Justin LaBoy and his staff that he miscomm grandson and it was the worst experience ever in the 45 years of buying due to the inexperienced sales man Justin LaBoy and his staff that he miscommunicated with.
