For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. I brought this dealership my 08 Avalanche with a bad motor. The quoted me a price of $9316 plus tax for a jasper motor replacement. I thought that was outrageous, Im a 100% disabled combat veteran, th motor. The quoted me a price of $9316 plus tax for a jasper motor replacement. I thought that was outrageous, Im a 100% disabled combat veteran, thats to much $ for a remanufactured motor. I know they’re adding $ to the price of the motor + the hourly fee of $155 a hour! I asked for a better price, They came back and said they could do it for $8300 plus tax. I had no choice at this point. From this date it was Jan 24. The finally contact me March 15 telling me it was done oh and by the way the Jasper motor did not come with spark plugs and ignition wires so we need to charge you. 8 spark plugs $126 and $206 for the wires.. Now my total is $9486.19 for a Jasper Motor. During all this their communication was horrible. Their delivery time for finishing was changed 2 times adding another 2 weeks from original date. I feel taking Adavantage off because I had no other options for getting another motor at the time. This dealership caters only to the wealthy. More
