I am grateful to the person who got the part overnighted and the work done on time. I am disappointed in being told on October 11th the part was being ordered then for the appointment to install on 11/23 (first available) only to find out it wasn't. Luckily I dropped it off early the day before because I had to work, otherwise I would not have gotten my truck back until after the holiday. But again, a big thank you to the person who made the overnight happen. I wish I remembered his name.
