For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. Very disappointed. Ordered truck. When got there they tried to change the deal we had. Said price of truck went up and value of trade went down and the interest rate we Ordered truck. After a hour of alot of back and forth that was completely unnessary they came back and said they made mistake on paperwork and all was good. They also said that I was to receive 250.00 that they would use towards putting on running boards when truck came in. I did not receive either. Very diasapointing experience . More

A bit pushy on sales and overall a bit disorganized. Displeased that after meeting a salesperson I used the restroom quickly before we got started and upon returning had to wait while he was on phone be Displeased that after meeting a salesperson I used the restroom quickly before we got started and upon returning had to wait while he was on phone because he apparently he couldn't just wait 2 minutes.
