Met Wyatt when we came in to see a specific Equinox that I had seen online. He was very helpful and pleasant to deal with he was not pushy and very calm. Better than a prior car salesman that talked me into buying a car that didn't have what I wanted 14 years ago. Wyatt asked why I was interested in that car. When we went out to see the car and test drive it, he was showing me some of the new features and I noticed some things that would be nice to upgrade. While we were out he looked at other Equinox's on the lot and ones that hadn't even arrived yet to make sure we had the most options available that would fit our preferences. We ended up taking the original one that I saw. The other thing that was really nice was they honored all of my GM rewards points, and I had a lot. A co-worker of my husband's recently purchased a Chevy Equinox at a different dealership and was told she couldn't use all of hers and she had 1/2 what I had. Pick up was a little slow I think the issue came down to transferring the NYS registration, which I can't blame them if it's out of their control. Even then Wyatt kept checking back to see what was going, almost like he was as excited as I was to get my new car. I would recommend the dealership but especially Wyatt Borwick!! More
