A vehicle I purchased from DeNooyer was having some issues so I had it towed to their Service Department which is where I took it for all previous maintenance and repairs. Chris A. was able to run diagnostics same day to estimate a repair cost. I had been thinking about purchasing a replacement vehicle and was able to get an appointment the next day with Sales. Gianni L. quickly identified a good match from available stock and after a brief conversation I was taking a test drive within the hour. When I returned Gianni patiently answered some questions I had about the new vehicle and we discussed financials and came to what I considered to be a great deal. I received a good value for the trade in and Lou from the Financial Department made the contract paperwork go smoothly and Megan H. in the Insurance Department ensured I would have the needed coverage and offered to follow up about my other non-vehicle insurance needs. I was able to drive off in a new vehicle same day, which happened to be a Saturday, because of the DMV services offered at DeNooyer. I would highly recommend that family and friends work with DeNooyer and am pleased to continue my 11+ year relationship with them. More

The personnel were very nice, but going room to room when we signed final papers was hard for my husband who is handicapped. Shavar, the salesperson and Shaun, the finance manager, were both excellent to deal with. However when my vehicle was delivered to me the detailing on the interior was poorly done. The foot wells on both s were both excellent to deal with. However when my vehicle was delivered to me the detailing on the interior was poorly done. The foot wells on both sides were dirty with ground in dirt on the drivers side. The door panel on the drivers side on the speaker cover and the lower portion of the interior panel were dirty. The center console sides on both side near the gear shifter and cup holder were both dusty and dirty. The exterior of the vehicle was detailed beautifully but it is as if the interior was forgotten about. For a brand new 2025 vehicle delivery it is unacceptable for the lack of, or poor job, of detailing the interior. More
