Sold us a warranty and had little knowledge of what was covered. Bought used truck and ball joint broke before first oil change. We had to pay for fix. Went in for an oil change. The Service advisor told me I needed new brakes on all 4 wheels. The current front brakes were done less than a year ago. I was shown a picture of a front wheel which did not show the pad.so I could not see if it was worn out. I was shown a picture of the rear drum which had rust on the surface of the drum. I was told the rust meant I needed new rear brakes. Quote was written for new rear rotors and pads but my 2015 Sonic has rear drums. Could not see the condition of the rear shoes. Why would the service advisor look up prices for rear disk brakes when the car has rear drums? Now I have to get a 2nd opinion on the brakes because I'm being told the pads are shot when they were replaced less than a year ago. More
Made an appointment for service and was supposed to a loaner vehicle. I arrived only to find no one knew anything about the vehicle. I was told the guy that does that comes in”around” 8. The whole idea of a loaner was so that I would be able to be at work on time - at 8! I settled for the ride share LYFT service and arrived at work at 8:15. 15 minutes late. Dropped me vehicle off for a 7:30 appointment never got it back until after 2 PM. Then they tried to charge me although the vehicle has a service contract. Very disorganized service department.
