Of the 7 new cars I purchased new in my life this has been the easiest to get through. Dave M. followed up on all my concerns and inquiries and closed the deal for delivery on the targetted timeline. Nothing was pushed on me that I did not want. Though the MSRP price was not reduced Dave gave me an important accessory I was interested in. The overall rating is primarily because of my interactions with Dave M. and his follow throughs. I hope future service of the car is just as good. More

I’ve leased several vehicles from Denooyer over the years, more specifically Heath, the salesman, because extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. Heath’s relaxed but knowledgeable approach makes the entire process a lot less intimidating. Also, Michelle in the insurance department was a pleasure to deal with as well. She pointed out some concerning points about my current insurance, and offered to shop around on my behalf for a better package and a similar rate. Both John’s in the Service Dept. have been very helpful to me over the years as well on the few occasions I’ve needed any vehicles serviced. It’s great to know that there are still people out there that take great pride in customer care. More

I took the car in to have them look at DC fast charging. They had swapped out the traction battery as a part of the recall and DC fast charging has not operated properly since. I use to charge in the mid 30Kw range at a DC fast charger. Now the most the car can do is 14 Kw. I don’t know if it’s a setting or something but since the last visit where they claimed to find no issue, it actually seems worse More
