First spoke to Mike Miller over the phone who was very professional & courteous. I was setup with an appointment to look at some Chevy Silverado’s. When I entered the showroom I was introduced to Dalton H professional & courteous. I was setup with an appointment to look at some Chevy Silverado’s. When I entered the showroom I was introduced to Dalton Hunter. Great guy who showed me some Silverado’s and helped me get into the right one. By the end of that day I leased a 2021 Silverado which is perfect for me. I took delivery the following week and that process was smooth. Armand was great. I was charged $2,000 to $3,000 too much. When I got home from the purchase I got on the Internet and saw a vehicle one grade above mind being advertised for $22,000 by your dealership. I assume it had been from the purchase I got on the Internet and saw a vehicle one grade above mind being advertised for $22,000 by your dealership. I assume it had been recently sold. The bill of sale was to narrow for the money amounts, I was unable to tell exactly what I had paid. A company your size should be able to afford to have correct forms. I will let the office of James M. Campbell, general manager - Chevrolet determine if I am correct about the amount I was charged. More

My vehicle has been in for several major repairs in the past and the service dept did outstanding work. Yes it was more expensive than average but it was done right every time. So I remained loyal This past and the service dept did outstanding work. Yes it was more expensive than average but it was done right every time. So I remained loyal This time, from the minute I first called for service and mentioned what vehicle I had, until the minute I picked it up it was like the service department wanted nothing to do with it because it's high mileage. I also got the impression that I was meant not to bring it back due to the phoney high balled list of "recommended" additional work it supposedly needs. I thought it was odd and took it to another shop where they found most of the issues were totally overstated. THEN THE BILL. What started out as $400 turned into $1,100 including a $19 dollar ubiquitous battery terminal bolt. Thanks for the discount from $27 retail price. Amazon had one for $9 So after 4 trucks, 2 cars and tens of thousands of dollars in repairs I'm Done with DeNooyer Chevrolet. .I feel an obligation to share my experience everywhere I can (not that I expect anyone to care - apparently that's the nature of service and society in general post Covid. The least I can do is convince others to steer clear of this ripoff More

Scheduled an alignment with denooyer and brought my truck in, waited in waiting room for 30 minutes before guy came to tell me that "due to age and miles" that he couldn't do the alignment and was worried he in, waited in waiting room for 30 minutes before guy came to tell me that "due to age and miles" that he couldn't do the alignment and was worried he would break something, I was like ok whatever at least they attempted to do it, so I walk from the waiting room to his office with him, while I'm walking through garage I noticed that my truck was still exactly where I left it and they hadn't even tried to work on it, I even asked him if they tried to work on it, his answer was "no" very frustrated with this place and will never do business with them again, pure laziness. More
