The day I went to look and pull the trigger on the vehicle was the only good experience I had. After that it was a complete nightmare. Had to go back multiple times because of mess ups and damage to vehicle was the only good experience I had. After that it was a complete nightmare. But the techs completely destroyed the paint and the inside of the vehicle came back to pick it up and the vehicle was trashed and full of deep scratches and they broke the light switch. Never once was did I give the impression I was in a hurry in fact I told them the opposite and I wanted it done right. Came back again for a full detail and to fix the switch . Switch was never fixed and detail was done half xxx and after my first wash all the scratches that were previously supposed 5o be fixed all reared their head. Also the swirls all over the truck from doing a rush job are Unimaginable. I will never ever ever go back or tell anyone to go there. I wish I would have walked when they had me sign after trying to sneak in an extended warranty into the deal without ever telling me. You can't imagine the scratches they put into the vehicle after doing the spray in bed liner cause the hose was let swing up and down the side of the vehicle. And the installed black lettering trying to make it up but from a half inch all around are horizontal and lateral scratching. And the truck was given to me in much worse Condition then when I left it the very first time I had to go back. Nightmare absolute nightmare. Heath Murphy tried his best to do right and stayed in constant contact but thats the only positive. Beyond 😡 More
