I was told I would wait one hour, and if the work took longer than that, I’d be provided a loaner vehicle. I ended up waiting 2.5 hours, no loaner provided. Also, at check in, an unknown male service advi longer than that, I’d be provided a loaner vehicle. I ended up waiting 2.5 hours, no loaner provided. Also, at check in, an unknown male service adviser, not Bob, told me I had to reserve a loaner beforehand. This was frustrating as I had called two times confirming one would be reserved beforehand.
