For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. crook I specifically asked to have an assessment on the parts in question, instead they did the service and then charged me for the labor. Then they didn't warn me of using $100 price of 1 (ONE) bolt before replacing it. I didn't ask that. I wanted my throttle valve inspected, not removed and cleaned, I wanted a heads up on what they found for my exhaust, not replace and charge me $100 for 1 bolt and the labor to replace 1 bolt. They also DID NOT explain where an extra $460 dollar came from until I inquired about it, and it was for Rear brakes and labor. I never asked for that. Service tried to summarize my quote/final bill without all the details. That's sneaky and unprofessional. More

Service and waiting areas I must admit I was totally surprised as I sat in your waiting room for three hours and watched things happening which could have been handled much bet I must admit I was totally surprised as I sat in your waiting room for three hours and watched things happening which could have been handled much better because of CO- vid 19 situation. Many times there weren’t enough seats for people who had to wait and social distancing couldn’t t be followed. Several times people went outside to wait,because of lack of seating. I would think that your scheduling department might have been more diligent In seeing that this didn’t occur, or you could have increased waiting area somehow. More

I am tier one for credit and they told me the interest rate was 2.19 and when I got the paperwork to sign my interest rate was 2.69.
