New car (2019 Equinox) Totaled Went to get replacement I retired in December and bought a 2019 Equinox for trips to Florida. The purchase experience was great and my wife and I loved the car we took it to I retired in December and bought a 2019 Equinox for trips to Florida. The purchase experience was great and my wife and I loved the car we took it to Florida and back 2 times. Unfortunately the car was hit and totaled while parked in downtown Albany on May 9th no one was hurt by a window of a few seconds only. It was the other driver's fault completely so we were able to replace the vehicle with not much monetary loss on our part. Denooyer Chevrolet and specifically our sales person who we worked with for the original purchase in December Jamila Hammond were extremely helpful and understanding. Jamila went above and beyond in helping us through a difficult situation. We will be returning definitely in the future for any of our automotive needs. More

Sales staff in general is scattered, trying to service multiple customers Couldn't be more disappointed with the process of purchasing a vehicle here. Sales staff in general is scattered, trying to service multiple customers at the same time. Management does not follow through. Finance manager was interested only in selling me an extended warranty that I won't need on a 3 year lease with a GM certified vehicle. Came to pick up the vehicle and it still had dried up coffee in the cup holders, dirty napkins in the console, etc. Manager asked me to come back in a week so they could detail it as a remedy. This should be done before a vehicle is sold to a customer. The last thing I want to do is drive around in a dirty "new" vehicle for a week then come back there for a 6th time, a 2 week process just to get a clean vehicle. A $30k+ transaction should not be treated this haphazardly. The whole process has been extremely dissatisfying due to lack of communication, accountability and follow through. More

Service was good, except for one flat Once i received back my truck i noticed a trim piece by the windshield that the antenna goes through was flapping around in the wind. Sold a bad truck i signed papers for a truck on 4 22 19 supposed to pick up the next night told them i could be there wednesday gave them an extra day well wednsday c i signed papers for a truck on 4 22 19 supposed to pick up the next night told them i could be there wednesday gave them an extra day well wednsday comes and truck is still not ready finally take truck home on thursday on dealer plates finalize all paperwork on mon 4 29 19 bring truck home airbag light and check engine light comes on bring it to a local dealership the following tuesday for light on and to get sticker fails due to bad airbags bad balljoints stripped 4wd axels leaking transmission lines, bad ignition computer and bad key fobs work intermittingly the flatbed truck to their dealership saying they are going to fix it on tuesday may 6th i go over on may 7th they give me a loaner car told me they weren't fixing truck going to get us in a different one. Went over may 15th picked out another truck told i could pick up on friday then yesyerday told they lost the paperwork for the first truck so they cant back out of rhe loan yet now was told i won't know till Saturday if the new loan even gets approved. I got my money back in the form of a check we lost the car we were using for trade. Asked numerous time to speak with the owner and was told hes aware of the situation. I wanted to talk to him personally and asked to have him call me. Nothing. I will never use this dealership again nor will my co-workers or friends they all know about it. Use extreme caution if you have to use them. More
