Dishonest and disorganized We purchased the vehicle from DeNooyer because we were told the interest rate would be 5.99%. When we got to the DeNooyer at our appointed time to exe We purchased the vehicle from DeNooyer because we were told the interest rate would be 5.99%. When we got to the DeNooyer at our appointed time to execute the paperwork we were told the interest rate would be 9.99%. We would have left except the vehicle purchase needed to be completed by 12/31 for tax purposes so there wasn't enough time to complete the purchase with another dealership. DeNooyer was aware of this and took advantage. Very DISHONEST! To add insult to injury the vehicle wasn't ready and it took well over two hours to pickup the vehicle. Very disorganized! More
