Worst experience so far I bought an used truck ($14,000) and was nice enough to accept to have missing part sent to me later. I had waited sometime and contacted them to rem I bought an used truck ($14,000) and was nice enough to accept to have missing part sent to me later. I had waited sometime and contacted them to remind them of the parts. They were playing with me therefore I offered to return the truck ( allowed by the NY law, 60 days - 4,000 miles). When they realized that I was serious, they scrambled to ship my parts but the salesperson started texting, insulting and harassing me just because I asked for my parts. Please folks do yourself a favor, shop elsewhere.. More

Disappointing management My sales guy Scott was great! The management was full of miscommunication and lead me to pay $500 more then I should of.
