Sales was great, service needs more pride in workmanship Purchased new Silverado and had GM running boards installed before picking up vehicle. The following day I noticed one of the covers for the eight run Purchased new Silverado and had GM running boards installed before picking up vehicle. The following day I noticed one of the covers for the eight running board brackets incorrectly installed and left hanging on the bracket. Not noticeable unless you step back, but just plain shabby work. No reason not to take the five minutes to correct, or take the time to do it tight in the first place. Seven out of eight correctly installed covers is not good enough. Now I have to take a day of my time to bring it in and have something repaired when it never should have left the shop in that condition. More
