Has gone down hill Took 6 months to get warranty parts replaced. Was called and advised that parts are in. make appointment and show up. 45 mins later I'm told parts are Took 6 months to get warranty parts replaced. That service writer was asked and he denied calling me. Then I showed them the message he left. Then magic happened and he remembered me all of a sudden. I have been getting service with your company for ever. Very disappointing. Customer waiting room is absolutely disgusting. More
