Don't waste your time!! I live over 2 hours away from this dealership but they have the exact truck I want. I sent a request for a price and a girl called me and refused to I live over 2 hours away from this dealership but they have the exact truck I want. I sent a request for a price and a girl called me and refused to give me a quote stating they don't to business that way. The next month they still had the truck and the deals were better so I tried again, again I was refused a price over the phone. Later that month I began getting calls from them, i finally answered one of them and it was the same girl asking if I was still interested. I told her I was but I was the girl she refuses to work with because I won't waste my time coming out unless we are on the same page, she then remembered me and told me I still need to come in, I told her to forget it. 5 min later she called back and they wanted to work with me, I assume because it was the last day of the month and they were trying to get their numbers. I told her what I wanted and she said she would call back. I then got a call from Joel saying that they can't work a price over the phone and I need to come in. Again I told them to forget it. Then 10 min later I got a call back from him and they were going to work it out. I told him what I wanted and he was going to work on it. He called back again for some info on my current lease and I gave him the info he needed. He then called back an hour and a half later and said that while he was looking into it that someone else came in and bought the truck I wanted but that was about 3 weeks ago and the truck is still listed for sale so I'm pretty sure that is a BS excuse. I really don't understand this dealer, I have helped 5 family members buy new cars in the last 2 years and every dealer I have contacted has given me a quote over the phone or via email. Don't waste your time playing games with this dealer, go to someone who wants you business! More

Poor financial mangerment team I had purchased a real nice pre owned Nissan Maxima with sales representative Andrew Lob whom worked really hard to bargain sale price in my interest I had purchased a real nice pre owned Nissan Maxima with sales representative Andrew Lob whom worked really hard to bargain sale price in my interest. And I’ve gotten a reasonable trade in value on my Toyota maytrix from the sales manger at the time.(can’t recall his name ) Also, after I referred a friend to shop there , I was honored with a nice check of $100 dollars. Thank you guys! Nevertheless, The financial guy whom had serviced me at that time actually talked me into a xxxxxxxxx third party warranty which I later found out that those warranty won’t be considered in any dealership . I paid $1500 for those warranty, however after I’ve called and canceled the warranty after having it for a year , I’veonly gotten 400 back and it took them two month to process my refund. Lastly, service department were great because they fixed dents and dins after I purchased the Nissan even though used vehicles were sale as it is . Well Happy Holiday for those had helped me ! More
