Efficient and Responsive to the Consumer After a horrendous experience at another dealership earlier in the day I called DeNooyer about a truck I saw online. Even though they were closing in After a horrendous experience at another dealership earlier in the day I called DeNooyer about a truck I saw online. Even though they were closing in less than one hour, they said to come on in! When I got there, the Sales Rep, Chris, was waiting for me outside the door with the keys to take the truck for a test drive. Chris answered all my questions, we negotiated a fair price and I was done in one hour! Picked up the truck the next day after they spent time going over all the mechanics of the truck with me! Now THAT is great customer service! More
