DeNooyer Chevrolet

Went to DeNooyer in March 01 to turn in a lease vehicle. Called ahead and spoke to sales rep who said anytime was fine. Great. Drove out with ride home following behind me. Dealership was mobbed with people. Told receptionist who I was there to see and was asked to wait. Waited 30 mins and still nobody met with us. Asked receptionist several times and finally spoke to a very rude sales manager. By this time I was upset because a lease drop off is supposed to take half an hour tops AND I had called ahead!! I explained this and this un-named sales manager gets nasty and practically screams at me "I'll get to you when I feel like it". Stunned and angry, I went back to the young lady at the reception desk and asked where a phone and phone book was was so I could call another dealer to make drop off appointment. Thankfully the young lady called one of the owners who took care of things and apologized. Needless to say, not a good first impression of yet another Albany area Chevrolet dealer. Hopefully things are different there now. More
