I will never return there again. I bought a Cadillac XT 5 with 4500 miles from there and was lied to about it. When I got there to pick it up, it had dents in the bumper that they fo I bought a Cadillac XT 5 with 4500 miles from there and was lied to about it. When I got there to pick it up, it had dents in the bumper that they forgot to tell me and a few other issues. After leaving the dealership I could tell that it needed an alignment. I called them on my way home to let them know and left a message with the person I work with that day. Since I was a 3 Hour drive from them I opted to get an alignment closer by to me and found both front wheels were both bent. So my next trip to Albany I stopped by the dealership to see if we could work this out and was treated very unfairly. I feel that if you’re gonna purchase a 2024 Cadillac XT five with only 4500 miles on it both front wheels should not be bent. I knew about a front bumper cover that had been replaced. Your customer service is not what it should be, when someone spends $80,000 dollars on a new vehicle I expect my brand new vehicle to not have all the dam garbage from all the window stickers thrown in someone spends $80,000 dollars on a new vehicle I expect my brand new vehicle to not have all the dam garbage from all the window stickers thrown in the glove compartment, we had to peel off all the rest of the film that protects to handles and seat belt, and the screen, who prepared this vehicle, a 6 yr old.. We had to have a new windshield put in due to a factory defect, nobody in your company even seen the defect and the new windshield was so dirty I had to pull over in a parking lot to try and clean it for my HOUR drive home… and on that note, I HAD to call numerous times to find out when the windshield was in the building, I shouldn’t have had to call at all, your people should of called me…so I’m not sorry to say we, will probably won’t be back.. My service appointment was for an Oil change and tire rotation. When I entered the check in Akiem was very professional asking if I planned on waiting for my vehicle. I answered I was. He asked me to g rotation. When I entered the check in Akiem was very professional asking if I planned on waiting for my vehicle. I answered I was. He asked me to go to the waiting room and he would come and get me when it was completed. Within an hour he came to tell me that all was fine and he handed me my keys and thanked me for coming in. I was very pleased with my appointment. More
