We had to have a new windshield put in due to a factory defect, nobody in your company even seen the defect and the new windshield was so dirty I had to pull over in a parking lot to try and clean it for my HOUR drive home… and on that note, I HAD to call numerous times to find out when the windshield was in the building, I shouldn’t have had to call at all, your people should of called me…so I’m not sorry to say we, will probably won’t be back.. My service appointment was for an Oil change and tire rotation. When I entered the check in Akiem was very professional asking if I planned on waiting for my vehicle. I answered I was.
