We had to have a new windshield put in due to a factory defect, nobody in your company even seen the defect and the new windshield was so dirty I had to pull over in a parking lot to try and clean it for my HOUR drive home… and on that note, I HAD to call numerous times to find out when the windshield was in the building, I shouldn’t have had to call at all, your people should of called me…so I’m not sorry to say we, will probably won’t be back.. My service appointment was for an Oil change and tire rotation. When I entered the check in Akiem was very professional asking if I planned on waiting for my vehicle. I answered I was. He asked me to go to the waiting room and he would come and get me when it was completed. Within an hour he came to tell me that all was fine and he handed me my keys and thanked me for coming in. Although the intake area was very busy when I arrived for my appointment, service advisor Bob Anderson personally greeted me and shortly thereafter checked my car in. After verifying what I was there for (o my appointment, service advisor Bob Anderson personally greeted me and shortly thereafter checked my car in. After verifying what I was there for (oil and filter change and tire rotation) he then checked to see if any other routine services were recommended based on my car's mileage and time in service. There were a few, but I deferred taking care of them until next month, as I was pressed for time that day. He advised he would add reminders to my RO with prices for those items. Bob kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle, and when it was done, he quickly got my bill ready. I appreciate the attention and the service I received form Bob at DeNooyer. I will be making an appointment for those other items in a few weeks. Also, the cashier who checked me out was very pleasant, which was a most welcome change from most retail encounters these days. More
