I don't know how to say this nicely but they are liars. While waiting for my car to be serviced ( $800 repair ) I went on their website and it said they honor and match all deals from certified Chevy dea While waiting for my car to be serviced ( $800 repair ) I went on their website and it said they honor and match all deals from certified Chevy dealers. So, I found a nearby dealer ( Mangino Chevy) that had a 15% discount for service on cars that have over 100K miles. Mine does and I asked them to honor what DeNooyer advertised. Donald said the best he could do was 10% and outright refused to honor what they stated on their website. I hate liars. Liars are very hard to trust, so think twice about using DeNooyer. More

I was told I would wait one hour, and if the work took longer than that, I’d be provided a loaner vehicle. I ended up waiting 2.5 hours, no loaner provided. Also, at check in, an unknown male service advi longer than that, I’d be provided a loaner vehicle. I ended up waiting 2.5 hours, no loaner provided. Also, at check in, an unknown male service adviser, not Bob, told me I had to reserve a loaner beforehand. This was frustrating as I had called two times confirming one would be reserved beforehand. Very poor customer service More

Came in for 70K service, thinking I'd spend $100 or more, but only spent $40 as they gave me a $25 coupon. Thank you! Waited for it but brought daughter to playground only 10 minute walk from Denooyer. Time but only spent $40 as they gave me a $25 coupon. Thank you!
