I’m trying to figure out why they charging me $5k more for the same vehicle just because I live out-of-state. They listed the vehicle on AutoTrader for $55,050. I called and they said dealer markup is $10 for the same vehicle just because I live out-of-state. They listed the vehicle on AutoTrader for $55,050. I called and they said dealer markup is $10k, making it $65k. I offered them $59k. They said no and then I see a price change on AutoTrader that moved it to $60k. I contacted them again and asked if I could buy it for $60k. They said no, $60k was for local in-state customers and $65k for out-of-state customers. More

I have owned my 2008 Ford Edge for 12 years and have always had it serviced at the Ford dealership. Since moving to the Portage area this was my first experience with DeNooyer’s service and I must say i always had it serviced at the Ford dealership.
