I couldn't get my car in for over a week and I needed it sooner because of going on vacation. I took it in and I was told that if they had a cancellation, etc they'd get to it as soon as possible. Well the following day I picked it up and all was well. They are super to work with and I'm totally satisfied.

I had a great experience with Jeremy Taylor and Jeff Hess. I was looking for a Jeep and had a tight budget as it’s my first vehicle. They were extremely accomadating, and when I went in to negotiate the price they were open and honest, and worked with me. Jeremy paid attention to everything I told him about my needs and wants for my vehicle and was very helpful in explaining the pros and cons of the used Gladiator I ended up getting. They also take very good care of their vehicles. I went to four dealerships and they were the only ones who had invested in the vehicle in services, tires and keeping it spotless inside and out. I am so happy with my new truck and extra happy that I can get it serviced with these guys!!

I purchased a 2012 escape from this dealership about a month ago. The test drive went well even for one with a stick transmission. I saw no problems and bought the car with a cashier's check. Within a couple days I could see an oil stain under it and the shifter never would engage consistently. Plus there was a squeaking belt that developed. I will probably end up selling it

The sales staff were friendly and did everything right when it came to closing it was a very unpleasant experience . The person who processed the paperwork started telling us everything that can go wrong with this beautiful vehicle belittling the Lincoln name which I highly respect he was pushing to sell us extended warranties starting at 2500 dollars. He told us there is nothing better and that I had to make a decision right now. Of course that made me just want to get away from him figuring that it must be a very large commission for him. So when we got home with the car my wife is questioning if this is a good vehicle what’s going to break. We have had much discussion of what to do and after I thought about it I decided to put tit in the hands of the dealer. So I sent them my complaints and at this point they asked me to provide a review which I am, happy to provide. I have no idea if or when they will tell me something to make me feel better. I believe this a good dealer with a bad employee/. At least I hope they didnt train him to torment buyers.

It was an unusual experience for buying from a dealership. I didn’t feel like I was being “sold”. My salesman Chris was more like a car enthusiast that happened to work there. If that is a sales tactic they used, it worked on me. I left with my “new to me” car, and felt good about the deal.

We had to do some quick truck shopping when our Ranger was determined to be too worn out to make an upcoming trip to Canada. Found one online at Albion Motors. We worked with Chris, he was great at quick replies to our questions and walked us through every step. Took all the time we needed with no pressure to make a decision. We were able to drive it home same day which was much appreciated since we had come a distance. We highly recommend Chris, he made it really easy for us, and was really enjoyable to work with.
