He made sure I was completely satisfied throughout the process. Even when we encountered an issue with debris in the HVAC fan, he arranged for a rental car and promptly brought my car in for service. He organized a driver to pick up my vehicle and deliver the loaner to my workplace all the way up North at exit 17! The entire service process was seamless and the turnaround was done less than 24 hours!
