I recently ran into an electrical issue with my 2022 Chevy Silverado that required repairs to the driver-side rear tail light. I spoke with Anthony Pizzimenti at DOWC, and he couldn’t have been more personable, friendly, and helpful. Even though the repair technically wasn’t covered under my warranty, Anthony took the time to call the service department and ultimately covered a large portion of the repair cost. I truly appreciate the extra effort and customer service shown by Anthony at DOWC, as well as the support from David Barry and Manuel Guerrero at DePaula Chevrolet.
