Came to DePaula with a specific goal in mind, the initial sales staff was very helpful and had good rapport. Once I had something selected I met Brendon, the Sales Manager. Then there is the after-sale, where I met Dennis Miller in service. He is really dedicated to getting it done and done right for the customer. I've never had a service coordinator put so much focus on his customers, it really gives you a sense that they want to do right by you. He doesn't try to over-sell services you don't need and he is very efficient and professional. Again, really a refreshing experience when compared to the typical service centers where you feel like a nobody who got all of their money taken from their wallet when they weren't looking. They beat every price I found and gave me the best $$ for my trade in. The transaction was fast and painless. I called the showroom to find out if they could help me find someone to do the lettering on my truck (Business Logo)and I had a call back in less than an hour from the person who they recomended. It's that kind of relationship they build with everyone they know. Last winter we had an issue with our new 2009 Silverado, it was at DePaula for service, we got slammed with a snow storm the next day and could not plow our parking lot. I called the dealership and begged for our truck, it needed a part they did not have and I was told it would not be ready untill late in the day. Within an hour there was a guy from DePaula in my lot Plowing the snow out of the way for my customers. I'm not saying the same will happen for you, I know in my business I do everything I can for a Customer and I believe they do too. I have two Chevys', my dad has two, and my brother has three all have the Depaula Licence Plate on them. I have never met Tony DePaula but He runs a great business. I purchased three vans for my business from other dealers over the past 15 years and the experience was not good. I run my trucks hard and with depaula any service issues are quick and painless.
